Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Innovo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or integrity risk.

As a job seeker, you may create a profile, upload a résumé, receive AI-assisted job matches, apply to roles, and complete interviews. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).

Your résumé and profile are shared with an employer only when you apply to their role or otherwise choose to share them.

As an employer, you may post roles, review applicants, run structured interviews, and receive invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your job postings and for complying with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

Placement fees, where applicable, are invoiced and settled by bank transfer per the terms shown at the time of posting. Invoices are payable by the due date stated on each invoice.

Innovo uses artificial intelligence to assist with matching, ranking, and interview assessment. These features are decision-support tools: they assist human judgement and do not guarantee any outcome, hire, or placement. Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.

You must not use the platform to attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or game the AI systems, or to submit content you do not have the right to submit.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory content; harvesting data; circumventing security or rate limits; or using the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment.

We may remove content and suspend access for conduct that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

The platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Innovo or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as intended.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no guarantee of employment, candidate suitability, or hiring outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
